The Ecosystem Grants programme is now closed after the first selection round

We are pleased to announce that our Ecosystem Grants programme that was launched in June attracted a wide interest from civil society organisations, think tanks and research organisations across Europe. We received nearly 160 applications in the first two months of the programme, and we are impressed by the enthusiasm for working on AI & society across different geographies, fields and themes. It demonstrates the urgency of the topic and that its impacts are felt widely across different communities.

The quality of applications and proposals was outstanding  and it has been a very difficult task to select only a few of the many great applications that we received.

We are excited to announce our new Ecosystem grantee partners in the coming weeks and begin our new collaboration.

The programme’s €200.000 budget has been fully allocated during the first selection round and the programme is now closed until 2024. To stay informed about future funding opportunities please subscribe to our newsletter.

We are also looking forward to sharing more insights and learnings from this funding round with you soon.
