Our team is growing! Welcome Līva!

We are thrilled to announce that this week Līva Vikmane has joined the European AI & Society Fund as our new Networks and Communications manager. 

Līva joins us from HateAid, where she was EU policy and advocacy officer, working on tech policy with a focus on combating gender-based violence and strengthening users’ rights. Her first-hand experience of policy and advocacy and brilliant knowledge of our field is going to be invaluable to the Fund. 

She will be supporting our communities to be as effective as possible in shaping policy around AI by making sure that we communicate relevant insights and useful information across our networks. In her role she will be supporting our grantees to grow their impact by helping amplify their work.
