Vacancy: Programme & Grants Officer

The Network of European Foundations is recruiting a Programme and Grants Officer to support two of its flagship grant-making programmes: the European AI & Society Fund and Civitates, the European Democracy Fund. As a Programme and Grants Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations. The role has dual reporting lines to Civitates and to the European AI & Society Fund.

 

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive professional with:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience, ideally in grants or program management.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A knack for streamlining systems and supporting decision-making processes.
  • Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.

 

Key information:

  • Full time position (37.5 hours / week)
  • Gross Salary: 3.300€ per month FTE depending on experience + benefits.
  • Location: Brussels
  • Deadline for applications: 17 February 2025
